As part of the registration process for our e-newsletter, we collect personal information. We use that information for a couple of reasons: to tell you about our products, offers and sales and also, to check our records are right and to check every now and then that you’re happy and satisfied and want to keep hearing from us. We don't sell, rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses and we never have.

You can unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails.

DATA RETENTION

When you place an order through the Website, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information. Order Information is stored for 6 years for accounting and legal purposes before being destroyed.

We will retain your Enquiry Information only for as long as necessary to resolve your enquiry unless this contains information regarding a custom order or amendments to Order Information. In this case it may be stored as Order Information as above.
